1. Overview

At Mattress Central, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, please review the details of our policy below.

2. One-Time 90-Night Comfort Exchange

We offer a 90-night comfort exchange on our mattresses. To ensure proper break-in and adjustment to your new mattress, it must be slept on for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting an exchange.
Exchange Conditions: After 30 nights, if you decide an exchange is needed, you may choose a mattress of equal value or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-value mattress.
Delivery Charge: A delivery charge of $79 applies for the exchange.

3. Return Eligibility

For a return or refund:
  • Timeframe: The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unopened and unused.

4. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact us at Mattresscentral1@yahoo.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a return authorization number once your request is approved.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For items valued over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply based on the condition of the item upon return.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchange Shipping: Any additional shipping charges for an exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized products.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Mattresscentral1@yahoo.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
